PRICE is a member of the Resources for Emergencies Affecting Cultural Heritage (REACH) working group and proudly partners with the American Institute for Conservation’s Emergency Committee (AIC EC). REACH and the AIC Emergency Committee joined forces to create and disseminate a free online library of trusted, high-quality resources on emergency management for cultural heritage institutions. Visit the AIC Emergency Preparedness & Response Wiki page for more information on the REACH working group and the AIC Emergency Committee.

While many cultural heritage professionals have access to an enormous variety of literature and tools on this topic, most don’t have the time to thoroughly review those materials for needed information relevant to their situation. Fortunately, REACH and the AIC EC have done the initial heavy lifting by researching, reviewing, and organizing the best available resources into a free, publicly accessible online library.

AIC Emergency Committee Library

The AIC Emergency Committee Library is a resource hub for emergency management literature, research, tools, forms, and templates developed by colleagues who understand the challenges facing cultural organizations large and small. Hosted on Zotero, a free and open-source web-based bibliographic management software, the REACH working group was able to collect, organize, cite, and share information.
